Location near Narita and than in the absolute centre of Tokyo like Shinjuku. Also, in an amazing area with so many places to check out in the area. Good choice of goodies for breakfast.

Location very close to local, affordable eateries, restaurants, and the temple. And around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Suikeien.

The rooms at Shibamata Fu-Ten Bed and Local are super cozy and welcoming. I instantly felt at home thanks to the lovely decor and comfortable atmosphere. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Tokyo.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shared bathrooms. I prefer having my own private space when it comes to that.

Location close enough to the train station and Tokyo with the public transportation and restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable beds & reasonably large rooms.

Decent sized and well priced room with fairly clean bathroom and feather pillows.

This place was perfect for us, totally recommend. Outstandingly accommodating staff and well priced rooms, we had a really comfortable experience. The hotel's location was amazing and good, so close to good transport & loads of food/shopping, Taishakuten temple and local, affordable eateries. Furthermore, in a smaller neighborhood outside the city called Shibamata.

I stayed at Shibamata Fu-Ten for a week and it was perfect for my stay. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city and travel to/from the airport. The Japanese-style room I stayed in was adorable, with a separate entrance area, comfortable futon mattresses, and a small built-in wardrobe. The shared facilities, including the toilets and showers, were immaculately clean. The hotel also had washing machines and dryers, which came in handy during my stay. The price was unbeatable for a week-long stay in Tokyo.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The location in Shibamata was peaceful and charming, with easy access to Ueno station. Plus, there were great supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Great sized rooms and functional kitchen. Adorable market and temple nearby. Conveniently located near a train station.

Inconvenient placement of showers on a different floor. Lack of mirrors in the rooms and bathroom.

Staff friendly, helpful, spoke English. Clean rooms, good price. Nice, charming, quiet area. Convenient transport links. Cheap bike rental.
